Who we are
VisibilityFAQ is owned and operated by Egmer Marketing LLC, a marketing agency based in Wichita Falls, Texas. If you have any question about this policy or your data, email hello@egmermarketing.com and a real person will reply.
What we collect
When you use the free FAQ tool, we collect the business description you type in. If you request the PDF, we also collect your first name, last name, email address, and an optional company name. Like most websites, we also receive standard technical information such as your browser type and approximate location through the analytics and advertising tags described below.
How we use it
Your business description is used to generate your FAQs and blog ideas. Your name and email are used to send you the PDF you requested, followed by a short series of practical visibility tips from Egmer Marketing. Every email includes a one click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing stops all marketing email immediately. We never sell your information and we never share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Services that process your data
We use a small number of service providers to run VisibilityFAQ: Vercel hosts the site, Google provides the AI that helps research your FAQs and the advertising measurement tag, Resend delivers our email, and our customer relationship system stores your contact details so we know you requested the PDF. Each provider processes your data only to provide its service to us.
Cookies and advertising
We use the Google Ads tag to measure whether our advertising works, for example counting that a PDF request happened after an ad click. Google may set cookies for this purpose. You can opt out of personalized advertising at adssettings.google.com.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message. You can also email us to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and we will honor the request. VisibilityFAQ is intended for business owners and marketers, not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date below. This policy is effective as of July 3, 2026.
