What the score checks

Being findable in 2026 is bigger than a keyword ranking. Your Visibility Score looks at five things that decide whether Google, AI assistants, and your local market can actually find and choose your business:

• AI readiness. Whether AI assistants like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude can find, read, and cite your site: structured data, answer-shaped content, and machine-readable signals.
• Accessibility. Whether your site works for every visitor, tested in real browsers. Accessible sites are also easier for search engines and AI to parse, and accessibility gaps carry legal risk.
• Local presence. Your Google Business Profile completeness, service area coverage, and directory listings: the signals that decide who shows up in the map pack.
• Review health. Review count, average rating, how recently reviews arrive, and whether the owner replies. Reviews feed both local rankings and AI recommendations.
• Content freshness. When you last published, how consistently you publish, and how well your pages link together. Stale sites fall out of both search results and AI answers.
